Hooray for fresh, feisty salads that are flavorful and vegan + gluten-free!
So many allergy-friendly options. I was easy to make my salad dairy-free and gluten-free.
I tried the Beyond Feisty Salad and it really hit the spot. Shredded romaine, Beyond Meat Feisty Beef, mango pico de gallo, black olives, and tortilla strips, tossed with spicy cilantro lime dressing. Yummo! -

I was pleasantly surprised by Gusto! The staff were exceptionally I friendly, helpful in answering questions and were very personable. I found the restaurant to be quite clean, but I was especially impressed by the cleanliness, selection and presentation of the fresh ingredients the offer.
The menu items are quite unique and after looking through all of the selections I can see where it might be difficult to choose just one, so I chose two. They offer a great selection of salads as well as pizza and everything is made fresh in front of you. I decided to go with the whole grain crust, which was anything but heavy and cooked just as I prefer, crispy along the edges. The sauce drizzle was just a bit spicy and complimented the other ingredients perfectly. Being a picky eater, I don't typically order straight off the menu without some sort of alteration, no alterations needed when ordering off of this menu.
All of the food here is very fresh, they accommodate all dietary needs and the have blueberry soda, of all things! You can eat pizza without that heavy "ball of dough" feeling in your stomach afterwards.

We have two challenges, one is in finding dedicated gluten-free restaurants to combat celiac and the other is pleasing a two year old palate that likes veggies. Gusto is our win-win.
The ingredients are fresh and the cauliflower crust is awesome. Because of the higher temp to cook the bottom of the crust may look blackened but it's still awesome when compared with processed awfulness. We are in and out in 30-60 with food on the table in 10-15.
Three little pigs is the family favorite but the seasonal bee sting, honey and hot pepper flakes, is also delicious.
If you think you don't like gluten-free free food, eat here first.
P.s. the pizzas may look small but are very rich and filling.
Love the local, love the freshness -

I decided to give Gusto Farm to Street another try as some time has passed since they opened. Glad I did, as I really enjoyed my pizza this time around. I actually tried their Impossible Burger pizza and it was very tasty and truly gave you the feeling that you were devouring a hamburger. We also had the Devils Wing pie on a traditional crust and it was perfect! The spicy diavolo sauce with my favorite toppings plus grilled chicken...totally hit the spot. That will likely be my default going forward :)

Lovely location and service. I think I just ordered the wrong thing. I had the beyond fiesty salad which was said to include beyond meat. It was terrible. The "meat" was rock hard and the salad would have been better without the meat. Maybe I received a bad batch. I came in at 2PM. So maybe I got the scraps from the 12pm lunch crowd. My friend had the burger pizza with beyond meat, and hers was fine. Oh well. Better luck next time.
